Q: Does your office accept new patients?
A: Yes! We welcome anyone who is interested in coming to our office. We appreciate any referrals from our patients, family and friends, and other health providers.
Q: Do I need a referral to see the Acupuncturist, Chiropractor, and Massage Therapist?
A: No. You do not need a referral to see the Chiropractor, Massage Therapist or Acupuncturist. In very infrequent cases, you may need a prescription in order to have the cost of your visit to covered under your personal health benefit plan. Please check with your health insurance plan.
Q: What is the cancellation or re-scheduling policy at your office?
A: Our policy is we need at least 24 hours of notice if a patient is unable to attend their appointment. With sufficient notice cancellation, our office has time to contact another patient who may have wanted to come in during that time.
Q: Can you bill directly to my health insurance?
A: Yes, our office is is more than happy to bill directly with your insurance company as long as they allow online direct billing. Please see our Insurance page for more information.
